The King’s Spring Daisy
REJUVENATE oneself after a long, hard winter and toast the coming of springtime with this splendiferous cocktail. Fresh and gloriously uplifting.
- 30ml (1oz) The King’s Ginger Liqueur
- 30ml (1oz) Cognac
- 25ml (0.8oz) Lemon juice
- 10ml (0.35oz) Sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Fee Brothers rhubarb bitters (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake and double strain into a Pony glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
