King’s Mulled Cider
Nothing says winter is here more than a glass of warm cider. Our extra special mulled cider recipe features the perfect blend of mulling spices including cinnamon and a touch of ginger from The King’s Ginger liqueur. The fruity flavours brought by the apple, lemon and blackberries brings notes of the forest to the hot cocktail, for the ultimate warming drink on a cold winter’s day.
Ingredients
50ml The King's Ginger
150ml Aspalls Suffolk Cyder
150ml Apple Juice
Garnish with a wheel of lemon, a cinnamon stick and fresh blackberries
Method
Add all the ingredients into a glass tankard. You can serve cold over ice and garnish with the lemon, cinnamon stick and fresh blackberries.
To serve the mulled cyder hot, add all ingredients into saucepan and heat gently. Don't keep the pan on the heat for too long as you don’t want the alcohol to burn off.
