Ingredients
30ml The King’s Ginger
30ml Blended whisky
25ml Lemon juice
10ml Honey water (Equal parts honey to water)
Ice
Penicillin Cocktail Recipe
Measure out all the ingredients using a spirit measure and pour into a glass filled with ice.
Shake thoroughly to ensure the cocktail is well mixed.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with crystallised ginger.
